RezComm Professional Services LLC is a Texas limited liability company providing residential and commercial roofing and general contracting services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including roof replacement and repair, siding, windows, gutters, fencing, patio and deck construction, patio covers, screened enclosures, and related trades.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

3. Requests, Reports, and Estimates

Free storm history reports and roof scan requests submitted through this site are informational and carry no obligation.
Any estimate, scope, or price provided is subject to inspection and is not a binding contract until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Photographs, sample reports, and completed-project images shown on this site are examples of our work and are not a guarantee of any particular result on your property.
We do not act as a public insurance adjuster. We do not negotiate insurance claims, advise on coverage, or promise any settlement amount. Insurance coverage decisions are made solely by your carrier.

4. Text Messaging Program

Program Summary By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages from RezComm Professional Services about your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.

What we send. Appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, crew arrival notices, job status updates, requests for information needed to complete your project, and replies to messages you send us.

Opt-in checkbox wording used on this website. The consent checkbox on our website forms reads, in full: "I agree to receive text messages from RezComm Professional Services about my project, including appointment reminders and job updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service." The box is unchecked by default and is never pre-selected.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the consent box on a form on this website, by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you speak with us, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to receive an estimate or have work performed.

How you opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, text START or contact us.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies depending on the stage of your project. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages.

Carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Work Performed

Any work we perform for you is governed by the signed Work Authorization Agreement, Estimate or approved insurance scope, and the Terms and Conditions provided with those documents. Those documents control the scope, price, warranty, cancellation rights, and all other terms of the work. Nothing on this website modifies them.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, photographs, reports, logos, and design — is owned by RezComm Professional Services LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer

This website and its content are provided "as is" for general informational purposes. We make no warranty that the information on this site is complete, current, or applicable to your specific property or situation. Roofing conditions, insurance policies, and building codes vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, RezComm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section does not limit any obligation we owe you under a signed work agreement.

9. Third-Party Links

This site links to third-party pages such as our profiles on Google, Thumbtack, and Yelp. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute arising from your use of this website lies in Tarrant County, Texas.
